I made what I think is an amazing dinner tonight using this Food Porn post for pork ribs. Thank you so much xo_ms_understod .  I most likely should have used more ribs, but I bought as much as I could afford. I also was using my Christmas gifted crockpot for the first time. Here's the end product .. after cooking on low for about 6.5 hours. I made roasted red potatoes with a little salt and pepper and dried rosemary and olive oil...and picked up some coleslaw from KFC because that's what I was craving..heh.

Still in the crockpot and still covered with rosemary and lemons...
